i havent updated for such a long time.. well, cause nothing's happening anyway.. just the same, going to work and some parties or night-outs too... just that... sigh

well, what pushed me to write again is my dream.. i had the strangest dream and it kinda felt real. (this was after i watched i will always love you - the richard gutierrez-angel locsin movie) ahahaha

i can't remember all the details but i remember the theme. It was a wedding... but not my wedding. I was there just in time for someone's wedding.. i even saw her ex-boyfriend there but she wasn't getting married to him. it was another man but im not sure who it was. Then I just sat there helplessly thinking of what i will do. but when the Priest was about to ask her the question... i woke up..

gosh, why are dreams like that?? lol

anyways.. the movie was nice. typical.. cliche.. but it was nice haha maybe cause we were longing for filipino movies here haha and it took place too in one of the cities of the state where we are in hehe so cool hehe

i also thought of doing what richard did there. i can really imagine myself doing that.. maybe in the near future.. i dunno yet. it's really confusing.. i should be ok now but still, i don't kno.. im confusing huh? sigh

freeway

im getting used to driving on the freeway now.. when i first started here, i feared the freeway.. sooo scary cause the cars are so fast, trucks are there (one of the lethal causes of deaths), and it is kinda boring - you might fall asleep..

but last weekend i got used to driving there now (i use my dad's car though cause mine's manual haha).. went to lax airport to take our tito for his flight back to the PI.. then i went to azusa cause my friend, deni, is going back to the PI also... and then went to Fontana for the SFC meeting and back home...

it's cool! haha well i dunno what to say haha justw anna share hehe freeway's ok to me now, no more worries.. the technique is, u have to know which exit you're taking!!! hahaha

i went to new york before my parent went back to california.. and it was sooo nice there... in the city i mean... loved it

the city was kinda crazy but that's perfect for people my age.. haha people who need adventure in their life, fun, and most of all, who want to feel independent.. people are just walking around and taking the subway to and from anywhere.. you dont need a car there... u'll be fine without one and it's a plus if you have one

sex and the city... mmmm 452 lovemaking positions.. i can only think of 451! how is that possible?? lol just kidding.. see? crazy!!

met family from my mom's side.. we were never really close to my relatives at my mom's side so now, got the chance to meet them and theyre cool too

i met people too. people i dont remember anymore hahaha.. the two girls here modelled with us in one or two advertisement for a medicine hahaha!! i was a model when i was young nice haha what happened now? hahaha

went to places like the rockefeller, view of the empire state building, central park, time square, queens, the brooklyn bridge, and of course, the ground zero...

really nice picture.. the place was solemn and you'll feel something you can't explain.. like the place is drawing you closer to it.. mmmm

For the SFC, yeah, we sang the same song we use to sing in the phil for worship but they don't raise hands, don't dance, and don't cry.. it's so different...

scrap that thing i said about sfc.. it turned out that they're like yfc.. only more mature, everybody has a stable job, we talk about different things now.. im loving it:) and also, they worship like yfc's.. they were holding it pala so they won't shock the participants... like what we did in yfc...

I can certainly say that i am not baby anymore.. well, im 20 years old! can you think of any more reason?

... hmmm, i have work now.. im working as an esrow officer and kinda all-around thing for a mortgage company... therefore, i earn money now heehee

... i have my license now and im free to go anywhere i want cause ive a car too...

... i'm a member of the Singles for Christ now... crossed-over from youth for Christ..

... i pay bills now :( insurance for the car and soon, when my parents live out here (well, in a week from now) i will be helping them with the bills..

... got a credit card haha actually two of em and now im getting confused haha got excited tho

... im beginning to love the gym! whoa, did i say that? haha

... most of all, i can think for myself, decide, and choos which way to go:) that's nice

... im gonna fly alone to new york this Friday.. adventure!! woohoo hehe

time really flies so fast.. everything's changed and i like the changes so far.. the changes on myself.. still miss friends but i know i can always fly back to see them..

i still can remember how scared i was in grade school when i fail to dp homeworks or bring requirements for a class. how i always run to my parents when i need something, money to be exact. how i always ask permission from my parents to go out.

life was really simple back then.. but we complicate ourselves due to the need of it.. we can't live the way we did back then, no worries.. life will sink in, faster than we know it..

- i wish i was able to tell my guijo friends how much i love them.. i wish i cried in front of them.. shedding out all the loneliness i'm feeling right now.. wishing they're here, and ill still continue to grow up with them.. Kuya Ed, Mawi, Deni, and Abby, I love you guys soo much and i hope to see you again real soon.. miss you guys sooooo much..:'(

- i wish i was able to tell her (my blockmate) that i liked her haha well, i already told someone so i kinda let the cat out of the bag before i left:)

- i wish i thought about everything twice before i made a decision. i was so happy leaving my country but now, im getting all emotional and sad about it.. i left everything i had.. and there was one night i broke down in front of my brother, i cried it all out and that was like the best cry i had cause i was able to get it all out of me.. sadness..

- i wish i did better as a chapter head in yfc.. and i left them all of a sudden when things are not exactly what i wanted it to be

- i wish i could show all my cousins what i truly am in the Philippines. what my life used to be, how much friends i have, how i love my friends and how they love me. that i am truly not a loser, that if compared to i am much more of a winner!

- i wish i went with my parents to new york and be with them as a family...

- i wish we never left my brother alone in the Phil. i miss my family, our life as a family. though it could be annoying and whacked sometimes.. i still love it.

watched at staples center last night and dang! bibby was on fire.. scored like 35 points and i knew they would win.. im a kings fan now hahaha

so what else is new.. hmmm nothing much hahaha i experienced something we dont do that much in the philippines.. went to a shoe release.. woke up at 5am and we were in downtown la at 6am... stood for hours.. til 11am!!! for the shoe relese.. there was a raffle for kobe 1s but we didnt win.. we didnt even get a ticket to a laker game.. but got a shirt.. im one of the 250 people who have those shirts ahhahah

omg! 13 days before xmas!! and then new year.. and then my birthday.. and then.. ok enough haha its been a while since ive updated here so here goes.. hehe

ok, work's fine even though its exhausting.. well, thats y its called work.. but i received my 1st paycheck!! woohoo!! haha even if its not a lot, at least im earning right? i can buy an ipod now! haha but no, im goin to save haha opened my bank account and thats cool huh? coz teenagers here get their bank account early.. checkbooks and that stuff.. coz they work early too hehe but its cool, i can write my own checks now, pay for what i want using my card.. i dont have to get checks from my parents now coz i have my own.. coolness! haha i think im going to get the spongebob check or the green lantern just coz i love green haha

ok.. my parents cant come this xmas, i have to wait til new year.. and my brother in the philipines wasnt lucky coz he was denied and he has another interview this january.. awww... my kuya has been here before and thats why i dont know why they denied him.. ohwell, maybe its not the time

the first time i played poker (with real bets) 5 dollar buy-in, i won! hahaha beginner's luck! i won 25 dollars haha! cool!

getting tired

hah! am getting tired of working haha well, particularly my work cause it's a really really big clothing store for kids and i have to entertain customers questions, organize the racks, and give stocks to them.. argh, but i like doing cashier cause u dotn ahve to run all over the place to find stuff. but after this seasonal job, if they hire me to be a part time associate, i might turn it down or if they pay me higher than what am getting now, ill think about it.. wanna get a job where i can get more benefits for myself. because there, i get discounts but i cant get anything for myself... duh! it's a children's place.. mmm

first accident in the States

omg!! after going to the mass, my cousin Tim drove us (carissa, kuya and me) home cause their parents went with Ate Lorn to see the house they're going to buy.. we were in the intersection of foothill and fourth street(4th street i think) when this guy suddenly came out of nowhere and hit us!! our light was green and his was red which definitely makes it his fault.. the mexican guy (mexican i think) didnt have anything, no driver's license, no insurance, he's prolly an illegal alien.. dang! that hurts haha

good thing no one got hurt, if my cousin didnt turn right before the guy hit us, it'll hit directly where im seated!! gosh! ended up with the guy hitting my side but not directly.. whoa that was close.. that was my first car accident haha the guy was fast! just to add hehe i got scraed too coz i felt the impact.. good thing there's a law about putting ur seatbelt on anywhere ur seated in the car haha

haaaa so thats it.. kinda sad coz if my parents dont get the days off for xmas, this will be my first xmas without them.. theyre in new york by the way.. ok

first day at work

oh my! im actually working now! i'm part of the workforce! haha started my first day yesterday from 5pm to 1117pm but actually, i was supposed to stay only until 9pm but they asked me to stay longer so we can finish the orientation and do some stuff for the thanksgiving sale, the so i said yes..

before that we saw harry potter and it was a dark one! death was one of the most important topic there.. oh gosh, hermione looks great and they shouldve gotten heart evangelista for cho chang's role but the girl there is ok:) good movie, a must see!

so getting back to work, we had a 2 hour orientation, the signing of papers and contracts and stuff.. then they finally let us out for 30 minutes to grab dinner coz we were starving! starving to death haha then one black guy stalker followed me around.. coz i was eatign at the foodcourt then he sat on the chair in front of my table, he smile and i smiled back just to be friendly then everytime i look at him,. he keeps smiling! oh my God!! 2nd experience of a perverted gay guy! damn! then i didnt finish my food, walked towards the entrance of the mall and i saw him walking towards me.. so i walked quick to the children's place again to go in the employees room... whew! safe.. my first bad experience

so there, til 11pm, we replenished the merchandise and fixed everything to get ready for the sale...

my co-workers are so nice.. we all talked and got to know each other.. met filipinas and rachel looks cute haha but i kno she's older than me.. then went home, tim and my kuya picked me up.. but my co-workers invited me to ride with them.. they were so nice, just told them i got a ride coming.. and the assistant managr even asked me if i wanted him to stay til my ride arrives.. my co-workers are nice hehe

so there. end of story, going to work on friday! day after thanksgiving and the day people workers in the mall fear for haha coz itll be crowded coz of the big sale.. hope ill be ok:) later!

for three days, my kuya and i worked for my cousin as an accounting clerk.. in her real estate company, we handled business accounts and made sure they were correct and oh yeah, bank reconciliations.. omg! i never thought id use what i learned from accounting here! i hated accounting but that job made me realize that i need it too haha and thank you choa and ibarra for some of the knowledge i got from you:) haha

my cousin gave us a hundred dollars each and that money was meant to be gambled in vegas but awww, im not yet 21 haha!

vegas

ate lorn, kuya ron, my kuya, tim, bran, nick, and i shared one room in circus circus coz my cousin couldnt get another room near theirs.. so we stayed in one room but it was ok hehe

for the first night, kuya ron, kuya pao, tim, and i walked along the strip from our hotel to paris and dang! that was far! hehe and along the way, we had to turn down all those business card with pictures that the guys were handing to us.. got one tho, its a black woman wearing her underwear and a little note, the price, the number and the quote "delivered to your own room." shit! sin city!

then we stopped by to get drinks and ate at panda express and stopped over to this open bar but actually, there are gates.. coz u cant go in if ur under 21.. saw girls dancing with only their underwear on haha that was crazy!

walked some more but eventually got tired so we got a taxi and guess what? a filipino guy was driving the taxi and he offered to bring us to other places we havent been in.. and shit, his language was soooo you-know-what.. talking about b*tches and everything haha and tim who doesnt know a lot of filipino words learned from the driver.. the bastos words hahah! that was funny, i was laughing all the way back haha

next day was the wedding.. but before that, we gambled.. well, not in the casino.. the kiddie games and we won a lot of stuff toys and i got a big lakers exercise ball won it from the knock off all the blocks haha the wedding was ssooo fast! not more than 20 minutes, maybe just 15 haha fast huh? then went to the restaurant downstairs (monte carlo) to have a dinner buffet.. went to downtown vegas to see the lightshow and a lot of freaks haha

im tired haha we dont have the digicam with us but we brought a disposable cam, when we get the film developed, ill scan em and share them to you guys:)

work

ive a job now but its only seasonal.. only till christmas or new year.. im a sales associate at the children's place.. a clothing shop for kids hehe it's basically my first job aside from my cousin's company.. and i hope i will enjoy it.. i know i would, ill be meeting a lot of people and gain experience:) and earn money all from my hardwork! hahaha my first day is on tuesday 5pm to 9pm:) pretty excited haha

well, i havent updated for a long time but im here hehe

today, kinda sad coz my parents left for new york already. my dad went with my mom just to help her fix things then he'll be back after thanksgiving but my mom's contract will be over in three years.. but she can visit anyway.. still sad but im hanging on

yesterday we went to hollywood! haha i saw the famous hollywood sign on the mountain! hahaha saw elton john, darth vader, puss in boots, fiona, and many more but the cam's with my dad... so i cant post the pics... next time i will.. coz we forgot to bring an adaptor too, he'll buy it there so we can charge it.. the batt's out..

we spent the weekend at ate lorna's cabin on the mountains and it was nice over there.. nice place to rest and do stuff away from the fast-paced world. we went drove to the cabin at around 5pm using uncle ron's escalade wow speaking about that, i love the cars here. but suv's are more popular than the others.. i like the toyota tundra truck!!! hope i could buy that later haha

so u guys have noticed that im updating everyday huh haha kasi after breakfast rest again so there's nothing to do but go online haha

so yesterday we ate dinner at hometown buffet and the food is g-r-e-a-t especially the chicken nuggets wow.. no rice tho but a lot of potatoes haha, oh yeah there was rice but different kind hehe but the bottomline is, the food here is great hehe hopefully, ill get fat in less than six months hehe

then after that, we went to best buy to get a microphone hehe for my kuya and kev.. so they can talk online hehe and later, kuya manuel's going to pick us up and iono where we're going hehe but at 5pm later, we're going to ate lorn's cabin on the mountains! yeah!! soo cold there according to them adn it snows there during winter! mmmm im finally goin to see snow haha coz i think all of us are going there for christmas haha and us, the teenagers could stay there for 3 days! haha so that would be kuya pao, me, tim, carissa, kevin, i just dont kno about katie, nick, bran, and alyssa if they can join coz they're 12 years old and below haha but taht would be fun! haha so update u later!

we went to jack in the box to eat lunch earlier and gosh... their burgers are sooo huge!! haha i left like 1/5 of the burger haha! good food to make you fat fat fat.. most of the people here are fat, mostly girls dang! hehe

then my brother and the others went to the gym to play basketball but i stayed behind coz im not good at it haha but we played basketball outside their house.. my other cousin, that's where im staying now hehe

last night, we went trick or treating haha well, the kids went and i just walked with them to like three houses then i came back again coz theyre going uphill haha tamad! they really give a big deal about trict or treat here which is kinda fun haha even the grown-ups wear costumes haha! but i was too shy to wear one haha the kids got a lot of candies! haha well, most of them were chocolates which was even better! haha

nico dressed up as a darth vader, bran as a jedi, katie as darth maul, cassie as i dunno haha well she had bunny ears earlier.. alyssa as a fairy, nicole as a princess, kevin as a pimp haha it was fun! haha then we played dodgeball! haha it was cool coz i knew i was sweating but before it gets out, it gets dry coz of the cold haha! how cool is that?! hahaha

hey im here now in california.. san bernardino, rancho cucamonga to be exact hehe we're staying with our cousins for the mean time since our house is not done yet.. january pa raw sa monte claire i think.. so dito muna kami sa golden oaks.. so kwento lang ako bout things hehe
PR 102 plane experience

my parents' friends' went with us to the airport for our things and alos my brother and kuya pao's friends.. damn that was really sad and before i left the house i couldn't help but cry cause i spent 19years in the phil and leaving was just unbearable but its ok now..

we spent a lot of time at the airport, checked our luggages in, 5 suitcases, 3 boxes, and handcarries for each.. and i saw kristine hermosa too haha she rode the plane with us, seated on the chair in front of my dads haha ate bbqued pork for dinner and sausage for bfasti watched fantastic four, the first movie they showed then slept while watching the longest yard haha they also showed just for laughs, a gag show and everybody loves raymond.. hehe

it was sooo long, the flight i mean.. of course right? what do i expect hahaha but its ok glad that was over.. then we went to the immigration for them to check the passport and all and its was ok.. took 30 mins i think.. got uor luggages and went outside, good thing my dad knows the person from pal so he escorted us outside the we saw my cousin, his wife, and alyssa, their kid.. went outside and it was cold! haha parang aircon hahah then saw my other cousin's husband now and they took us to their place. a 45-min ride to rancho cucamonga.. and now we're here.. saw my nieces and nephews and everythign was ok

next day

my nephew treated us to in 'n out a burger place and dang, it was good! haha got meal number 2 for 4 dollars and iono how many cents then we went home and fetched my other pamagkins then went bowling haha! the first thing i spent for ehre.. paid 20 dollars, coz my bro didnt have change so he owes me pa hahah! then went to the computer shop and played counter strike, 2 bucks for an hour hehe and updated my blog too.. my new one.. http://flipdoohickey.blogspot.com then ate bbq my cousin's husband cooked for us yum yum

hey new blog but im still the same old me hehe

well, im in california right now, rancho cucamonga.. we're staying with our cousins for like 2 months but its ok hehe its totally different here. lot cooler and of course a lot of white people haha we just played bowling and ate at in n out... good food, good burger hahaha and fresh potato fries! haha spent my first dollars for bowling haha and got my first strike there.. didnt get a turkey tho, only a double hehe

oh, and we rode the plane with kristine hermosa! haha he was seated on the chair in front of my dad's.. the trip was sooo long and my butt hurt haha got a barbequed pork for dinner and sausage for bfast on the plane haha and watched fantastic 4 too haha didnt watch the longest yard coz i slept during the movie.. and just for laughs, the gag show haha! and we werent able to wake up for the mass earlier haha! so we just ate lunch outside and now, we're in the computer shop hehe

i miss my friends back in the Philippines.. of course, who wouldn't? i have the best friends haha! im goin to see you soon, when i get back there, im gonna call all of you! haha
